The article considers the fire hazard features of hinged ventilated facades and plaster systems of external facades’ insulation, as well as gross violations of fire safety requirements that are permitted when installing facade systems. The design solutions that increase the fire safety of facade systems are to be described therein.

The article is devoted to the study of the process of automated assessment of students competence to improve the quality of training of highly qualified specialists in the field of technosphere and fire safety, since the entire educational process implements the competence concept. The prospects of using an automated program to improve the efficiency of managing the training process using an electronic information educational environment are considered. The authors describe the concept of «Competence map of the student», and offer an automated program for displaying learning results in two forms: a table and a diagram. The results of evaluating the effectiveness of the formation of students’ competencies on the example of the discipline «Labor Protection» are presented.

This article analyzes the development of a professional educational system and essence of the modern educational approach of “developing consciousness”, that is an innovative training, which will shape future specialists’ ability to project the future, a sense of responsibility for it. Russia needs the formation of the personality of a citizen who loves his people and country. Important in the socialization of the personality of a future EMERCOM employee is sociality as the main quality of the social nature of his professional activity, integrating all other qualities and features. In modern Russia, social conditions are changing, so universities are forced to look for ways to adapt future specialists to them.

The article presents the results of mathematical modeling of dosimetric control systems. On the basis of mathematical model the estimation of parameters of systems is carried out and optimum decisions are proved. Mathematical models of metrological characteristics (sensitivity, error) of direct and differential measurement systems are obtained. The use of differential measurement systems is preferred.

In this paper described software for firefighting actions dynamic modeling system development. A brief description of the existing fire examination system and its development trends with the introduction of modern computer technologies is given. Definitions of object-information model and modeling of firefighting actions are given. Pros and cons of static and dynamic modelling methods is marked. As a tool for dynamic modelling offers special software development and provides structure and principles of program core development for such solution. Describes proposed development patterns and work algorithms. Showed examples of program core usage for dynamic computer modelling in object-oriented models. In conclusion, examples of the use of the proposed system are given.

The article considers the issue of developing and testing a model of professional adaptation of cadets and young specialists in institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. When organizing the process of professional adaptation at the level of universities of the Ministry of Emergencies, it is necessary to intensify the educational and professional activities of cadets in the educational process; creating conditions for the formation of professionally significant characteristics (special knowledge and personal qualities) of students, including a special organizational culture at the university, conducting focused educational work, developing methodological support for the adaptation process for all stages of training and postgraduate education. Maintenance of the model and control over its testing should be carried out by the design team, which includes employees of the department of educational work, psychological support and personnel.

The article discusses the problems of extinguishing fires and conducting rescue operations at heights. The use of AERONES heavy drone was proposed as one of the ways to solve this problem. The functions of heavy drones are described and comparative calculations of the ladder, articulated boom and cargo drone are carried out.
