Materials for publication are submitted to the editorial office of the journal with the resolution of the deputy head of the Academy for Scientific Work. The material must be accompanied by:
- for employees (employees) of the Academy – an extract from the minutes of the department (department) meeting about the advisability of publishing and the absence of materials banned for publication in the open press, a review by a member of the editorial board (board). If desired, a second review is attached from a specialist of the corresponding profile holding a degree;
- for authors of third-party organizations – materials must be signed by all authors, signatures are certified in the personnel department of the author’s organization (authors), by a review from a specialist in the relevant article profile having a degree.
