Comparative analysis of indicators of rapid response units of different types of fire protection

The tasks and resources of voluntary fire protection public associations are considered. The comparative analysis of indicators of consequences of fires (death, injury, direct material damage) and rapid response units of different types of fire protection (arrival time, fire extinguishing time). The problems in the state of readiness of units of voluntary fire protection to effectively solve the problem of saving people and property in case of fires in comparison with the units of the state fire service. Assumptions are made about the factors that lead to the described problem.
