In work the analysis of features of occurrence and course of fires in the closed premises, statistical data on fires in premises of warehouse and industrial appointment, the analysis of requirements of fire safety to such premises is carried out. The necessity in development of method of control of dangerous factors of fire in industrial and warehouse premises of closed type has been revealed. Fire site survey features to obtain information needed to address regulatory specialization issues
