The article provides an overview of modern digital and pedagogical technologies. Based on the conducted research, the authors put forward the concept of improving the system of higher education institutions, which will improve the efficiency and quality of education through the introduction of modern digital technologies in the educational process.

The use of unmanned aerial systems of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia during search and rescue operations and fire fighting, on the example of the Ishimsky district of the Tyumen region

The article discusses the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) by units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, during the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (emergencies) of a natural nature. The advantages and disadvantages of the use of unmanned aviation units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia have been identified, recommendations of an organizational and technical nature have been developed to improve it when monitoring the forest fire situation, aerial reconnaissance of forest and landscape fires.

One of the urgent tasks in the field of emergency response at oil industry facilities in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is to minimize the risks of accidents with oil spill. To formalize the modeling process, the methods “Failure Tree” and “Event Tree” were used in the work, which are a powerful tool in identifying the root causes of accidents.

Automation of calculations based on the methodology of assessing the activities of territorial bodies of state fire supervision EMERCOM of Russia

A mathematical model based on the Harrington desirability function was used to develop a Methodology for assessing the territorial bodies of the State Emergency Service of Russia. An example of the implementation of the Methodology in the form of a desktop application in Python has been developed.

The paper is description problems of fire risk management at the territorial level. With purpose of forming solutions for preventive measures ensure an acceptable level of fire safety created the analytical model linking hazard factors and measures to counter them. Optimization of the borders of exit areas using the Python programming language and the OSMNX library

The article considers a method for solving the problem of optimizing the boundaries of exit areas and qualitatively assessing the impact of changing the boundaries of exit areas using the Python programming language and special software solutions for analyzing geospatial data. We describe the course of work and the technical solutions used. The difficulties and “bottlenecks” of both the implementation and the used method as a whole are discussed. We supply the results of the calculation on the example of a conditional fire and rescue garrison. Recommendations are given for the application and further improvement of the shown method.

An automated method of constructing nomograms of fire resistance of steel structures on the basis of thermal engineering calculation under the influence of different types of “standard fire mode” for different values of critical temperature and reduced thickness has been proposed.

Investigation of the effect of temperature exposure on cold-formed steel products by magnetic method

The issues of the influence of temperature action on the change of coercive force by the magnetic method are considered. It was revealed that when exposed to temperature on cold-formed steel objects for 30 minutes at 1100 oC, the coercive force decreases by almost 2 times.
