Sociological monitoring as a tool for analyzing the level of satisfaction of employees of higher education bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia

This article is devoted to the description of sociological monitoring as a tool for analyzing the level of satisfaction of employees of educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The use of sociological monitoring made it possible to obtain up-to-date information on the dynamics of factors affecting the social well-being of the teaching staff of the university, which can be used by the administration to make effective management decisions in the field of employee motivation policy.
