The paper is description problems of fire risk management at the territorial level. With purpose of forming solutions for preventive measures ensure an acceptable level of fire safety created the analytical model linking hazard factors and measures to counter them. Made describes the fire safety assessment indicators, methods of collecting and processing them to justify management decisions.
