In modern rapidly changing conditions, it is necessary to take into account that there are two «actors» in the process of socializing the personality – the system of education and the young man himself. Two sub-personalities interact throughout the human life, and «individual» personality has more, if not decisive, influence on the formation of spirituality and on volitional actions of a person who is a carrier of a system of social relations of a particular society.
