Application of modeling of development of the fire and evacuation in the context of modern editions FZ-123 «Technical regulations about requirements of fire safety» and the Order of 382 Ministries of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation from 6/30/2009 is considered. The tool for performance of computer modeling of development of the fire and evacuation realizing a BIM paradigm is presented.
