On the problem of forming a moral and psychological climate in departmental educational organizations

The article presents an overview of research related to the problem of the formation of a moral and psychological climate in service teams. The views of various authors on similar concepts of moral and psychological climate, moral and psychological climate in the service team, socio-psychological climate are considered. The features are determined and the high pedagogical potential of the formation of a moral and psychological climate in departmental educational organizations for solving educational problems in relation to cadets is indicated. The views of various scientists on the types, forms, criteria, indicators of the moral and psychological climate in service teams are analyzed. The prospects for research in the field of the formation of a moral and psychological climate in educational and service teams are formulated, the importance of this direction for solving the problems of pedagogical prevention, correction and improvement of professional training of employees of internal affairs bodies at the stage of training in a departmental educational organization is indicated.

Fire safety in the context National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation 2021

This article presents an analysis of fire safety in the context of the new edition of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation. The authors identify fundamentally new provisions of the Strategy that not only contribute to a comprehensive and substantive analysis of the field of fire safety, but also increase the effectiveness of measures to prevent and eliminate natural and manmade emergencies. The authors point to the priority of strengthening the socio-humanitarian component of national security and the increasing role of the human factor in its provision. The necessity of forming a national culture of fire safety issubstantiated, where the direct participants are representatives of the professional community, with a comprehensive system of multifaceted practical activities and training, and public institutions focused on uniting and attracting citizens to participate in solving these problems.

A practice-oriented method of training firefighters and rescuers in advanced training programs

The acquisition of professional competencies by students during the implementation of additional professional training programs is influenced, among other things, by the availability and compliance of material and technical resources, as well as the forms and methods of training used. It is proposed to use a practice-oriented method of training at a specialized training ground for high-quality training of personnel of fire and rescue units at the facilities of oil and gas and chemical enterprises.

Based on the municipal state institution of the Usmansky 2nd rural settlement of the Novousmansky municipal district of the Voronezh Region, the authors show a remuneration mechanism developed by the authors that guarantees employees of State and municipal fire protection institutions to pay monthly labor standards not lower than the level established in the territory of the Russian Federation Federal Minimum Wage.

Today, it is necessary to pay special attention to the issues of fire safety of adolescents. This problem has become relevant due to the constant monitoring of the causes of fires and disappointing statistics for 2018 – 2021, where the careless handling of teenagers with fire stands out among the main causes of fires.

Duality and national component of personality socialization in the education system

This article analyzes the process of forming two sub-personalities of a citizen of Russia. An important thing in personality socialization is the fact that any educational system forms a «public» personality (public consciousness), and the student on this basis creates its «individual» personality (individual consciousness, self-consciousness). In modern rapidly changing conditions, it is necessary to take into account that there are two «actors» in the process of socializing the personality – the system of education and the young man himself. Two sub-personalities interact throughout the human life, and «individual» personality has more, if not decisive, influence on the formation of spirituality and on volitional actions of a person who is a carrier of a system of social relations of a particular society.

The use of sociological monitoring made it possible to obtain up-to-date information on the dynamics of factors affecting the social well-being of the teaching staff of the university, which can be used by the administration to make effective management decisions in the field of employee motivation policy.

This article is devoted to the differences in assessments of the level of satisfaction with training at the Academy of two groups of students: cadets (and listeners) and students. Both of them undergo similar training programs, receive model diplomas of education. Cadets and listeners study at the expense of the budget, and students pay for their education on their own. At the same time, the level of satisfaction with certain aspects of training at the Academy among cadets and students differs significantly.

The article is devoted to the organization of remote mentoring in the system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in relation to volunteers (volunteers). The article considers the procedure, program and methodology of the course “Remote mentoring”, developed on the basis of the previously developed scientific and practical approach to the implementation of mentoring in a remote format. The main characteristics and structure of the order, program and methodology are given. The course aims and objectives, basic requirements for the target audience are defined. The procedure for organizing and implementing remote mentoring is considered. The academic disciplines included in the course program and the corresponding formats of their study are considered. The criteria for evaluating the results of mastering the training course by students, as well as the procedure for accepting the final certification, are given. It is assumed that the use of the course in the practical activities of the EMERCOM of Russia will lead to the expansion and improvement of the joint work of the EMERCOM of Russia and volunteers at all levels of interaction.
