It was proposed to support the professional career of graduates, in contrast to the traditional approach, through electronic personal accounts. In the IP cabinet, which plays the role of a portfolio, analytics of the student’s success will be reflected, and then the stages of his professional growth as a young specialist in the Ministry of Emergencies. Placing information in the office on the basis of periodic professional testing or introducing new requirements for education and working conditions will allow young people to quickly solve professional tasks at all stages of their career.
