The article considers the possibilities of using an electronic personal account of cadets and, subsequently, young specialists to accompany the process of professional adaptation in institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. It was proposed to support the professional career of graduates, in contrast to the traditional approach, through electronic personal accounts. In the IP cabinet, which plays the role of a portfolio, analytics of the student’s success will be reflected, and then the stages of his professional growth as a young specialist in the Ministry of Emergencies. Placing information in the office on the basis of periodic professional testing or introducing new requirements for education and working conditions will allow young people to quickly solve professional tasks at all stages of their career. The introduction of additional functions into the structure of the student’s electronic personal account will allow young people to plan and manage their professional careers at all stages, receive timely information on innovations in the conditions of work, assess the current state of their own professional competence, which will positively affect professional adaptation.
